Information
Before entering a neighbouring country there can be many unanswered questions in your mind. Tandem provides information on the neighbouring country, - financing of exchange projects, youth work structures and other topics.

Individual counselling
There isn't always a suitable recipe for a successful exchange project. Every youth meeting progresses in a different way. If you have special wishes or need help in matters of teaching and the content and organisation of projects, we will gladly advise you.
Mediation of contacts
"Those who search will find." - Regardless of whether it is an individual or an organisation who is concerned. With Tandem's help you will find a suitable co-operation partner. On both sides of the border, schools and youth clubs are highly interested in youth meetings. Tandem regularly organises "partner-markets", where you can establish personal contacts. We are ready to help you in finding helpful experts and institutions.
Training for team leaders and teachers
The Tandem Team will help you to learn more about the "true face" of the Czech-German youth exchange surrounding. At our seminars you have the opportunity to meet people from a similar background and learn more about intercultural education, life, institutions and youth work.
Experience
With the programme "Learning from each other" Tandem allows youth workers visit a youth organisation in the neighbouring country. Tandem also invites pupils, graduates of secondary technical and apprentice schools and young people threatened by unemployment, to take part in technical internships in the partner country.
Financing
Tandem helps you to orient yourself in the jungle of the financial funds appointed for youth exchange work. Tandem Regensburg administers the financial resources entrusted to the Coordination centre by the German Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth. These resources are designated for financing Czech-German projects (among them cultural and sport projects).
